 was worried that communist forces would gain power so it 
entered the war

Some detailed information on Vietnam War
In 1964 the US president Johnson decided to intervene in 
Vietnam War.

The airforce of America started a war on North Vietnam without 
declaring the war on them.

The Soviet Russia became unhappy with this action and 
condemned the distructive act of USA.

As US and Russia were already having cold war to prove 
eachother superior, Russia started giving weapons to the army of
NorthVietnam Leader Ho Chi Minh

The Vietnam war came to an end after unification of North and 
south Vietnam.
